Yes, however we don’t recommend it. The problem with dry clean is there will always be residual chemicals in your carpet. Plus, the cost for a dry clean is typically about double the price of a steam clean. In essence, you’re paying double for less quality work.

Your carpet will take approximately 3-5 hours to dry, depending on the thickness of your carpet and pad and the weather. If it is raining or snowing outside – the time will increase, whereas, if it is dry and sunny outside – the time will reduce. Also, because we do use 230F water, we do ask that you keep all pets and small children away from our hoses during the time of service as we would not want any little ones hurt.
Absolutely! The solution we use is a green product and 100% biodegradable. This allows us to clean your home without harming you, your children and any pets you may have. We do ask that you walk barefoot or white socks to prevent any color transfer until that carpet is fully dry.
There are several factors that come into play with dealing with pets (I.E. Is this a repeat offender? How big is your pet? Etc.). This makes it impossible to give an accurate quote over the phone. Pet accidents are very common and difficult to address without seeing the damage. Pet urine is comprised of 90% ammonia. Unless we use a certain chemical to breakdown that ammonia compound, cleaning the carpet will only cause the odor to come back stronger and may even cause yellowing of the carpet. Urine contamination can be very deceiving. On the surface, it may appear you have a quarter size spot of contamination. However, underneath the carpet is your padding. And adding acts like a kitchen sponge. Which means that area of contamination below your carpet is actually the size of a saucer. Therefore, in an effort to educate both you – the customer and our technicians, we use a black light that will allow the urine to appear green. This will help assist us in recommending the appropriate method of treatment for your situation.
Definitely! Our technicians are equipped with a special poly plastic barrier that always the cleaning to be done without causing harm to your wood floors.
